Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Unauthorized charged on your credit/debit card, Khalti, IME Pay, or any other payment methods and your order must not be delivered
  2. We are unable to fulfill your order due to the lack of stock or unable to deliver your items due to the item is not available anymore.
  3. To complete your return, please contact us on our Facebook Page or through email at [email protected]. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in the Merogiftcard for the payment to be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Once we release the code/key/ license we do not exchange it.
