What is the PlayStation™Store?
The PlayStation™Store is Sony's official digital marketplace available on PS5, PS4, PS3, and via browser or the PlayStation App. It offers a massive library of content, including full PS5 & PS4 games, DLC & add-ons, PS Plus membership, movies & TV, and pre-orders — all purchased using your PSN Wallet.
How to Redeem Your PSN Gift Card
On PS5 / PS4 Console
- Go to the PlayStation Store from the home screen.
- Scroll down and select Redeem Codes.
- Enter your 12-digit voucher code.
- Confirm — funds will be added to your PSN Wallet instantly.
On a Web Browser
- Visit store.playstation.com and sign in.
- Click your profile icon and select Redeem Codes.
- Enter your 12-digit code and click Redeem.
On PlayStation App (Mobile)
- Open the PlayStation App and sign in.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Go to Account Settings > Redeem Codes.
- Enter your code and confirm.
Funds will appear in your PSN Wallet immediately after successful redemption.
Important Notes
- Region Locked: PSN Gift Cards are country-specific. A US card can only be redeemed on a US PSN account. Always confirm your account region before purchasing.
- Currency Must Match: Your PSN account's billing country must match the card's region. A USD card will not load into a wallet set to a different currency.
- Non-Refundable: Once a code is delivered and/or redeemed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- One-Time Use: Each code can only be redeemed once. Keep it safe and never share it.
- No Fund Transfers: Funds and content cannot be transferred between PSN accounts.
- DLC Warning: DLC is region-locked. Buying DLC from a different regional account than your game may cause compatibility issues.
- Digital Delivery Only: Bakuzone delivers codes digitally — no physical card is shipped.
